What it covers: This retainer covers the initial work for that specific project, including market research, creating a detailed property brief, and our initial outreach to landlords and agents.
The success fee: The pre-agreed commission is then paid once that specific deal is successfully completed.
The Rolling Retainer with a Credit System
This option provides a more flexible and adaptable approach to support, giving you the benefit of our expertise exactly when you need it, without the commitment of a fixed, full-time arrangement. This "on-call" model offers the security of knowing that we are readily available to address your ongoing needs, whether it's for troubleshooting an unexpected issue, providing advice on a new project, or simply acting as a sounding board for your ideas.
We offer a flexible monthly retainer of £250-£500. This fee secures you priority access to our services, including ongoing support for market updates and initial location discussions.
The credit system: The monthly fees would accumulate as a credit. When you're ready to officially launch a search for a new franchise location, we'd draw a certain amount from this accumulated credit to fund the initial work for that project.
The success fee: The standard commission is then paid once the deal is complete.
